How do I customize a tag?

Click on the design you want to customize and you will be brought to a page where you can change the text on the tag. On the product page, you will see preview images of the front and back of the tag and a number of fields to enter your customizations.

 

How much information can I put on a tag?

Each tag has a set number of lines you can edit. On most tags, you can put your pet's name on the front of the tag and up to three lines of text on the back. Some tags may have a different number of lines you can edit.

Generally, pet names can contain up to 12 characters including spaces and other lines of text can contain up to 15 characters including spaces. Please note the font size will automatically adjust to ensure your text fits on the tag.

 

Can I add or change things like colours and fonts on the tags?

Unfortunately, no. You can only change the customizable text on the tags.

I have an idea for a design, can you make it?

We are currently not taking custom design orders. 

We may host contests for custom designs through our social media pages in the future, so keep checking to make sure you don't miss them!

We appreciate your ideas and would love to hear about them through our social media channels. We cannot guarantee your idea will make it into a tag, but we do host contests for custom designs through our social media pages from time to time where you can win one. How long does shipping take?

Do you take returns/refunds?

Generally speaking, no returns or refunds are accepted as each tag is personalized and custom made just for you. Please make sure you double check your spelling before placing your order!

With hand-pressed items, there may be variances in color and placement between each item. Variances in color and placement of design is acceptable within reason.
